Holiday Shipping 2024
The holidays are right around the corner, and we want to make sure you get all of your orders on time!
Our warehouse team works Monday through Friday, and it can take 3-5 business days to process and prepare an order to ship. It’s also not uncommon for shipping carriers to experience delays due to inclement weather or high shipping volumes this time of year.
GENERAL HOLIDAY SHIPPING INFORMATION
To give your order the best chance of arriving before December 25th, we recommend placing your order by the following dates, depending on the shipping method you choose and the destination:
- Standard Shipping
- Within the US: Order by December 8th
- Outside the US: Order by November 17th
- Please, see below for more information regarding Canada.
- Expedited Shipping Options
- Within the US
- UPS Ground: Order by December 14th
- FedEx 2Day: Order by December 20th
- Outside the US
- FICP (Canada): Order by December 17th
- Please, see below for more information regarding Canada.
- FICP (Mexico): Order by December 19th
- FICP (Other): Order by December 13th
By placing your order by the dates listed, our team will have enough time to process and ship your order and the carrier is more likely to have enough time to deliver your order by December 25th.
CANADIAN SHIPPING DELAYS
Due to the current Canada Post strike, orders shipping to Canada may experience significant shipping delays. Orders shipped via UPS Mail Innovations and orders to rural addresses shipped via FedEx International Connect Plus are particularly affected, as these are handed off to Canada Post for final delivery. These orders will likely be stalled until after the strike concludes, and there may be additional delays as Canada Post works through the backlog of deliveries once service resumes.
FedEx International Connect Plus can still be delivered to non-rural addresses. However, FedEx has let us know they expect higher volumes and longer delivery times.
Unfortunately, these are currently the only two shipping options available for sending orders to Canada. We do not have an alternative way to ship orders that would bypass these delays. We understand this is frustrating and are committed to providing updates as the situation develops.
